Updates

1. I am editing Road to Passion, with the goal of finishing it by the end of the year.
2. Our building permits have FINALLY come through, so we can begin construction on our newly-purchased house.
3. We are paying rent and mortgage until construction ends, so I have become even cheaper than usual. Construction will take at least four months.
4. The Talented Spouse is now writing music reviews for Marie Claire as well as music stuff for O, The Oprah Magazine.
5. I ran 9:34 minute miles today! Three times!
6. I am determined to lose ten pounds. Hence #5.
7. The Picky Vegetarian visits New York City in about a fortnight. YAY! It is hard when your best friend lives on the other coast.
8. I have not yet seen Shoot ‘Em Up, but plans are afoot to make it so.
9. And Elizabeth: The Golden Age opens October 12.
10. That pic is of Son and Spouse*. Son loves doing sand art at the Boardwalk, he is really excellent at choosing and matching colors. In general, too, which makes me nervous when he says he doesn’t like a certain color.
