What’s wrong with this sentence?

If you are a woman and remain physically active up to and during the menopause, . . .

I found it in a press release about reducing menopausal symptoms through exercise.

CindyS January 6, 2008 at 1:14 pm: Okay, weird but I heard something about men going through a type of menopause. I’m thinking it’s some guy looking for sympathy from his menopausal wife. Buddy, there is no sympathy.
