If the copyright holder posts the video, then it’s not copyright infringement. Your link, however, seems to have been uploaded by a 15 year old named Fernando. I’ve given up trying to figure out YouTube copyright issues. We no longer police this at Pemberley. It’s entirely possible that this falls under “all promotion is good.” And, by the way, cool song.
