But did you call Dell and talk with them? I have a Dell and that is what we do with a problem. Mine seems to always pick up my wireless connection unless the cable is out. Now we don't have any Macs in the house. I don't know if it makes a difference. Have them talk to you on the phone and talk you through what to do. Reading is not fun.
