		<description>I know this is silly. But did you call Dell and talk with them? I have a Dell and that is what we do with a problem. Mine seems to always pick up my wireless connection unless the cable is out. Now we don&#039;t have any Macs in the house. I don&#039;t know if it makes a difference. Have them talk to you on the phone and talk you through what to do. Reading is not fun. Maybe they can do something remotely.</description>
