Today is the Looks Way Younger Than He Is Spouse‘s birthday; to celebrate, he is doing a lot of cooking. Which, to him, is a gift, because it means he a) has the time to do it and b) doesn’t have to suffer my mediocre cooking.
So today is all about the grilled whole turkey, six hour cooked pork belly and other insanely delicious foods. Plus, we’re having a three-family bbq with our neighbors on either side of us who are also great cooks. Yay!
