Alas, yes it was. Too much Maryann, not enough Eric. Hopefully Season 3 will resolve these issues.
It WAS a bit of a fizzle. Actually, the whole season (despite some great moments!) was a tad disappointing. It never took off like I kept expecting.
But I did love the line “You’re the maid of honor–you have to lick the egg!” Reminded me of a few bridezilla friends making arbitrary and shrill demands
I kept thinking they had mislabeled the episode and it was the second to last episode. Uh, no. Just plain boring.
